Cathy H. Attig, CPA, PFS
Cathy’s entire career has been in public accounting, most recently with an international accounting firm for 10 years in their Private Client Advisory Services Practice. Her practice areas include high net worth individuals, executive groups, closely-held businesses, trusts and estates. She is a Certified Public Accountant and also holds the designation of Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) from the AICPA.
Cathy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Investment Committee and the Planned Giving Committee of the Chittenden County United Way.
Karen J. Danaher, CPA, PFS
Karen’s career includes business management and public accounting, most recently with an international accounting firm for 15 years in their Private Client Advisory Services Practice. Her practice areas include high net worth individuals, closely-held businesses, trusts, estates and non-profits. She is a Certified Public Accountant and also holds the designation of Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) from the AICPA. In addition to an accounting degree, Karen holds degrees in business administration.
Karen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants. Karen is a member and a Board Member of Essex Rescue, Treasurer and Executive Board Member of Vermont Emergency Medical Services District #3, an Advisory Board Member of Prevent Child Abuse – Vermont, and a Member of the Board of Directors for the Merchants Bank.
Ronald R. Plante, CPA
Ron’s entire career has been in public accounting, most recently with an international accounting firm for 18 years in their Private Client Advisory Services Practice. His practice areas include closely-held businesses, individual tax planning and consulting, accounting and financial reporting services and business consulting.
Ron is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ron also serves as a Board Member of the Vermont Council on Economic Education and is a member of the Tax Committee of the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants and is the Vermont Society’s liaison to the AICPA Tax Committee.
